We're always looking for new staff members, but the requirements are high and few are cut out for the job. Being a staff member is a long term commitment and not many people realize what they are getting into.

Requirements:

• Be willing to make a commitment of at least 3 months.
  
  
• You must have been registered for at least 1 month.
  
  
• You must be willing to spend at least 3 hours online a day actively moderating, if needed. Sometimes more or less, depending on circumstances.
  
  
• You must have a positive reputation count, no warnings, and a history of following the rules of the forum. You're supposed to enforce our rules.
  
  
• You must be at least 18 years of age.
  
  
• Maintain a positive and respectable position in the community. You need to be well liked, but also mature and dignified. You're going to represent us.
  
  
• Decent grammar. If I can't understand what you've written, chances are other members can't. We don't want that.

I think that I have fulfilled the requirement of engagement and reputation wise, but I haven't quite been active for a whole month yet. Around 2-3 weeks I think In total.
I'm an 18+ year old American who is an cybersecurity enthusiast and ex gamer who mostly messes around on computers all day. 
I have pervious experience moderating in Telegram, Discord and also I was a moderator for a pretty popular Five M server a couple years ago.
Some reasons that I would like to become a spear staff member are for one I just enjoy moderating, and also, right now there isn't really any mods, two have been unactive for weeks. One thing that I could gain from becoming a staff member are building a reputation with the community. One thing that the community would gain is a commonly very active staff member, and also I would help to promote this site to the best of my ability, as I believe one day this has the potential to become very popular.
My favorite section on the site is the live chat feature and also the database or stealer logs subforum. If I could choose which forum to moderate it would be one of the database or stealer logs like sections and anywhere applications are being uploaded, I try to debug and test run any executables and other files through any.run or triage to scan for malware and rats, I have a good amount of experience with this. Also, I have been active on the femboy telegram chat for decent amount of time, before I was led to spear. I will be very active at atleast 4 hours per day+.
