I'm Anon, I've been developing private expliots and software for the past 3 years.
I specialize in malware, pentesting (Web, App or System) and operation security.
I found this site mentions on XSS after looking for a new English Forum after BF was taken down.

Do you have previous moderating experience?

I do, but none that i would like to disclose publicly

Why would you like to be a staff member on Spear?
I really enjoy working with like-minded people along with collaborating members of the community. 
I recently saw that the developer was banned after multiple accusations I'd enjoy filling in where needed.

What would you gain from being a staff member?
The number one thing I'd gain from being a staff is experience and connections
other than that i'd be in more of a position to have people utilise services I plan to bring over to spear.cx.
