DATABASE uruguay: DNIC [5.8M] [Database] [Citizens] [Leak]

This database is circulating in closed Telegram groups, where it’s being sold at exorbitant prices. It’s one of the classic DNIC databases containing over 5.8 million records of people born up until early 2020, extracted thanks to the lack of rate limits and security measures in a DNIC API. Surprisingly, this database was shared in very few places, and now lammers are using it to sell it to unsuspecting buyers. As a service to the Uruguayan hacker community, we are uploading it here for free and will constantly update the download links.

Details of the Data breach: Cedula de identidad [ID Number], Citizen's name, Citizen's last nameNumber of Citizens: 5.8M
Number of Citizens: 5.8M
This will make it easier for many people to obtain an ID and complete procedures on government websites that only require an ID and a full name. It is also useful in the event that a hacker gains access to an internal section of the Uruguayan government’s network, where they could view citizens’ information or extract data from databases, since it contains most of Uruguay’s valid ID numbers. We are well aware that this post will help many people learn how to use this and get the most out of it. In my case, I started with this years ago and then became friends with the person who scraped the database [current member of PampaLeaks]

Public statement regarding recent events:
All of our Telegram channels were suspended, along with our alternative accounts, temporary accounts, and even accounts that no one knew about except those directly involved. My account and those of several members (and former members) of PampaLeaks were suspended. It is most likely that Interpol pressured Telegram staff to take this action, as Telegram does not typically act this way when suspending channels. All of this happened after we made information public about Uruguay’s most powerful figures and offered a chat service so that anyone willing to pay us could do the same as we did.

The next day, a “cybersecurity firm” began by claiming to have my identity, displaying alleged personal info, conversations, a blurred “ID photo,” an Instagram account supposedly belonging to me, and, basically, everything related to my real identity, claiming that I deleted my channel and my Telegram accounts to disappear because a group called “Expresidents” or “DeadExpresidents” had “doxxed” me, saying that I hated this group and that there was some kind of “rivalry”??? When I [LaPampaLeaks] never spoke with Expresidents, and my only public mentions of them were following the ANTEL data leak, when they claimed they had also hacked it [it was later discovered that this was a lie, confirmed by the president of the affected company]

My response to all that: I laughed for about 30 minutes while reading through everything. There’s no rivalry with expresidents [it’s too small a group—I don’t even have a single mutual contact with that person] [at least on my part, there’s no rivalry]. Second, there’s no evidence of insults or negative comments toward expresidents... all of that is made-up information. My philosophy is mutual collaboration among hackers to learn from one another, because in my view, sticking together when they want to lock us all up here... is essential.
Who is the person who was doxxed?:

Based on an old post on Doxbin about a former collaborator [uruguayo1337], they published another dox, but claimed it was a “dox” from “LaPampaLeaks.” He helped me respond to people on Telegram when “PampaBot” was operational, and I used him as a “front man” to send money to a local Bitcoin wallet and then mix the transactions. He had other nicknames like “agesic” or “garro” until two months ago, when I decided to stop collaborating with him. His operational security was terrible, and he was there on purpose; he’s my decoy, and now he’s working perfectly as such. He got a good paycheck and commissions for being my decoy and nothing else. He never helped me scrape or hack anything after DINACIA; he was just my mule kjj

That is the only truth; everything else is lies spread by a so-called cybersecurity company that does nothing but retweet on Twitter what users on Spear.cx and other forums post here. Basically, what happened doesn’t affect me at all, since I had already closed the deal with him; my operations will continue exactly as before. As for “expresidents”… there’s no evidence that he was the one who tried to “doxx” me, so it’s likely they want to pit two hacker groups against each other that don’t even talk to one another; I don’t want a battle of “egos.” BUT if expresidents doesn’t contact me to confirm that it wasn’t him, there will be a forceful response in the coming days that will destroy whatever reputation they may have…

By the way, that pathetic tech journalist from *El Observador* [who got doxxed for using TuID in the post about Antel] isn’t lying like this for the first time—he’s a born liar. He’s a sensationalist journalist from Uruguay who’s only out to grab attention with clickbait. He’s the same journalist who wrote an article over a year ago claiming that “other hackers” [same narrative] doxxed me; it was later revealed to be a lie, but the article is still up on El Observador. https://www.elobservador.com.uy/ciencia-...o-n5994441
