Who are you, what do you do, and how did you find our site?
I am breach3d, an active member of the underground hacking community. I discovered Spear while looking for a professional and growing community that values high-quality content over noise.

Do you have previous moderating experience?
Yes, I am a former moderator at BreachForums (.bf/.as). I also currently manage several large hacking  communities on Telegram and others platforms . I am well-versed in handling disputes, enforcing rules, and maintaining a clean environment in high-traffic shoutboxes.

Why would you like to be a staff member on Spear?
I want to help Spear scale its reputation by ensuring the quality of shared content and keeping the community interaction healthy and productive. and also leak some database

What would you gain from being a staff member?
I seek the satisfaction of contributing to a rising project. I want to build a long-term legacy here and grow alongside the platform while earning the trust of the administration.

What would the community gain from you being staff member?
The community will gain a proactive moderator capable of providing instant assistance in the shoutbox. I will ensure that questions are answered

Leaks section (where the real value is).

If you could pick a section to moderate, which would it be?
Shoutbox. It's the heart of the site, and it’s where my moderation experience is most effective at preventing spam and helping new users.
