i do not have previous site moderation experience but i am currently staff in numerous semi large discord servers. - Why would you like to be a staff member on Spear?
i would like to be staff to help keep the site a warm welcoming page for people new to the site or members in general and to be able to connect and help out the best i possibly can so everything runs smooth 24/7. - What would you gain from being a staff member?
i would gain experience in managing and helping members by being staff aswell as furthering my knowledge on peoples needs and suggestions to improve the site and community as a whole. - What would the community gain from you being staff member?
i feel like the site and members would gain my ability to communicate and willingness to help to the best of my ability - What's your favorite section on the site?
- the marketplace because of the vast array of different services people offer
- If you could pick a section to moderate, which would it be?
i would choose the sellers section, always interesting seeing what people have up for sale and being able to moderate the release of sellers posts would be nice.
