change this rule

" Sales of real IDs/documents are prohibited."

Should be change to:
" Sales of real IDs/documents need to have a source" or whatever, just like database. Cause when you dump IDs with or without the database, the IDs are going out for much more than the database.

also since their is a IRL robery section IDK about the violence-as-a-service rule

ids inside of databases are fine, they cannot be sold by themselves because we cannot verify them
