Over 3.1tbs of NAIC.org (105k files) was compromised across NAIC's INSData statutory filing platform and Vision credit rating feed server, including approximately 264k insurer regulatory filing PDFs spanning property/casualty, health, and life/A&H lines from 2017–2024; 2k bulk order and customer records with purchaser names, email addresses, and payment transaction identifiers; 45k licensed rating agency files from Moody's, Fitch, S&P, Kroll, DBRS, AM Best, Egan-Jones, and HR Ratings containing CUSIP and ISIN identifiers dating back to 2016; statutory annual and quarterly financial statements; HR Ratings master data; and NAIC's production AWS infrastructure configuration logs and workload automation platform, the latter containing SQL scripts and stored credentials for SERFF, OPTins, and UCAA production environments.
