Some more sub-forum ideas

I know there are already sub-forums for specific stuff like Anime / Manga, World news, but I was hoping for a sub-forum for just like off-topic shit about anything. Something like "Off-topic" or "Lounge" where people can post shit not related to hacking, and just have general discussions.

Also, would be cool if there were sub-forums for more technical stuff like sub-forums for specific operating systems like "Windows", "Linux", "iOS / Android", etc.

Just giving my ideas.
