Rules for all Sections
- Read and follow all Rules listed on https://spear.cx/misc.php?action=help.
- No crypto exchange services unless you asked permission beforehand.
- Sample files cannot be .xlsx or any type of doc files. MUST be plaintext (I.e. txt, csv, sql, json).
- Do not use hide tags on any samples. If you're found doing this your Thread will be deleted.
- Do not attempt to sell IDs or Documents.
- If you're selling a database and the website is still vulnerable, if someone else dumps the website it is not against our rules. You should contact the website owner(s) and get the vulnerability fixed beforehand to avoid others stealing your dumps.


Leads Market
- A sample of at least 10 Records from the database is required. It must be in plaintext so it is easily readable. You can upload your sample to pastehub.net or a similar pasting service.
- Do not sell any databases that are public. If a database was public at one point but is now private, you must disclose that.
- You must state the source of the leads (Hacked, Bought etc).
- If the leads has been sold in the past, you must disclose when and to how many people.
- You must state if you're planning to sell the data to multiple people.


Looking For Callers
- Need Callers/Need Work prefixes are required in this section.
- Callers must leave a link to a voice message in their thread.


IRL Robberies
- If you are looking for hitters, do not include the targets name.

- Absolutely no Combolists. You will be permanently banned for posting Combolists in this section.
- Databases that originally had Plaintext Passwords are allowed to be posted here (Please do research before posting, most of the time Passwords were cracked).
- No "Consumer" Data. Consumer data must be posted in "Other Leaks".
- No Documents, PDF Files, IDs or anything of the sort. They must be posted in "Other Leaks".
- You must add a sample of a few lines of the data.
- You must specify the amount of users.
- You must mention the websites name that the data originates from. If you do not know the name, post it in "Other Leaks".


Stealer Logs
- At a minimum there must be at least 30 logs. You cannot post single logs at a time.
- You must state the amount of logs included in a Thread, or the size of the Archive.
- Include a download to the logs, not the contents of the log directly in the Thread.
- Don't post accounts from a single service. Use the Cracked Accounts section.


Other Leaks
- Do not post Cracked Accounts in this section. They should be posted in Cracked Accounts.
- You can share anything here, as long as it doesn't fit in one of the other sections.
- Do not post random Tutorials in this section.
- Links to online tools, GitHub repositories, ebooks or courses isn't for this section.

- You must include a link to a scan of the file on VirusTotal.
- Only tools are allowed in this section, other leaks must be posted in Other Leaks.


Doxes
- You are only permitted to make threads involving people over the age of 15.
- No nudity, no exceptions. This will result in an immediate ban.
- No extortion.
- You are not allowed to post a dox of a current member of our forum, unless that member has been permanently banned (Self-bans do not count).
- Death threats, or threats of physical harm are not permitted. Encouraging others to do so will result in a ban.
- Posting an individual and asking others to dox them is not permitted. We aren't your personal army.
- The content of the dox must be hosted on a third party site (Doxbin, etc), not in the thread itself. This only applies if the dox is over 50 lines.


Not Safe For Work
- It must be officially made content. No "Hacked" Nudes, Stuff from Snapchat, Omegle, Revenge porn, Rape porn etc.
