1. do you meet the requirements?

yes, i've been registered for over a month, im active whenever i can (most of the day), and i actively participate in the community. i also have several posts that im preparing to publish in the future.

2. who are you, what do you do, and how did you find out about our site?

im catwoman, a longtime forum enthusiast who enjoys helping and interacting with online communities. i used to be active on BF and did a bit of everything there: reporting, helping various users with their questions, etc. i found Spear because several friends from BF recommended it to me, and i was impressed by the community atmosphere.

3. do you have previous experience as a moderator?

yes, i have, i've also moderated some discord servers, where i learned to handle disputes and guide communities in a friendly and fair way. i haven't been given the opportunity to moderate any forums yet, as this would be my first time, and if im given the chance, i assure you that you wont regret it.

4. why would you like to be a member of the Spear Staff?

i spend a lot of time on Spear and i want to contribute. being part of the staff would allow me to help new users, maintain order, and make the forum more welcoming. i really enjoy supporting communities and i believe i could have a significant positive impact here.

5. what would you gain by being a team member?

i would gain experience in community leadership and management, and the satisfaction of seeing the community thrive. i like being helpful and knowing that i contribute to a better experience for everyone.

6. what would the community gain if you were a team member?

members would have a reliable and accessible team member to turn to. i am patient, proactive, and ready to help whenever needed, whether it's answering questions, managing reports, or keeping the forum running smoothly.

7. what is your favorite section of the site?

i really like the Shoutbox and Other Leaks. they are fun, dynamic, and offer many opportunities to interact with a wide range of users.

8. if you could choose one section to moderate, which would it be?

i would love to moderate any section, but i would be most effective in the Shoutbox or Other Leaks, as i am actively involved there and know the community well. i am confident that i could handle any responsibility assigned to me.

I'm Anon, I've been developing private expliots and software for the past 3 years.
I specialize in malware, pentesting (Web, App or System) and operation security.
I found this site mentions on XSS after looking for a new English Forum after BF was taken down.

Do you have previous moderating experience?

I do, but none that i would like to disclose publicly

Why would you like to be a staff member on Spear?

I really enjoy working with like-minded people along with collaborating members of the community.
I recently saw that the developer was banned after multiple accusations I'd enjoy filling in where needed.

What would you gain from being a staff member?

The number one thing I'd gain from being a staff is experience and connections
other than that i'd be in more of a position to have people utilise services I plan to bring over to spear.cx.

What would the community gain from you being staff member?

A loyal, Smart, Articulated and Lookmaxxed cutie pie:3
I'm always open answering any questions and providing help where I can.
I don't have an ego and know my strengths and weakness.

I'm a previous BreachForums user, I focus on web penetration testing, I found out about Spear after the BF rape

I'm BCXIII a previous BF user, I do a bit of everything, and I found this site suggested by trusted BF users.

kinda Have, I was helping mods on BF like I did more then 800 reports, and moderate some discord servers before.

I'm online a lot of time here, and I want to help the community as much as possible.

my name is figure i also go by jeffwy - my focus is high level systems access specifically accessing admin accounts for major tech companies. i found this site via recommendation on telegram.
Do you have previous moderating experience?
i do not have previous site moderation experience but i am currently staff in numerous semi large discord servers.
Why would you like to be a staff member on Spear?
i would like to be staff to help keep the site a warm welcoming page for people new to the site or members in general and to be able to connect and help out the best i possibly can so everything runs smooth 24/7.
What would you gain from being a staff member?
i would gain experience in managing and helping members by being staff aswell as furthering my knowledge on peoples needs and suggestions to improve the site and community as a whole.
What would the community gain from you being staff member?
i feel like the site and members would gain my ability to communicate and willingness to help to the best of my ability

the marketplace because of the vast array of different services people offer

i would choose the sellers section, always interesting seeing what people have up for sale and being able to moderate the release of sellers posts would be nice.

We're always looking for new staff members, but the requirements are high and few are cut out for the job. Being a staff member is a long term commitment and not many people realize what they are getting into.

Requirements:

Be willing to make a commitment of at least 3 months.
You must have been registered for at least 1 month.
You must be willing to spend at least 3 hours online a day actively moderating, if needed. Sometimes more or less, depending on circumstances.
You must have a positive reputation count, no warnings, and a history of following the rules of the forum. You're supposed to enforce our rules.
You must be at least 18 years of age.
Maintain a positive and respectable position in the community. You need to be well liked, but also mature and dignified. You're going to represent us.
Decent grammar. If I can't understand what you've written, chances are other members can't. We don't want that.
