Getting scammed is a horrible experience. To get you the quickest assistance, it's important you file a Deal Dispute properly.
Before posting a Deal Dispute, please take the time to read and understand the steps needed. 

Important Information

• Link to the scammer's profile
  
  
• Link to the original sales, buying, or service thread(s)
  
  
• Post any screenshots of your payment (for buyers)
  
  
• Post any screenshots that you can provide as evidence
  
  
  

Gathering Evidence
When gathering your evidence, use as much proof as you have.
The more evidence or proof you have, the better. Include anything that will help prove your case. 
Examples include Discord logs, Telegram logs, emails, receipts, etc. Everything pertaining to the Deal Dispute. 

There are commonly used screen shot programs you can use such as Gyazo or Lightshot,
and also commonly used image/video uploading services such as ImgBB or Streamable.

Impersonators / Impersonation scams
Before communicating off-site, it's very important to confirm you're talking to the right person. Impersonators are creative, and precaution is necessary.

Notes

1.  Spear and it's staff will not be held responsible for deals made by members. All deals are at your own risk.
   
   
2.  No posting of private data in text form. Screenshots related to deals allowed (PayPal, PMs) only.
   
   
3.  Do not contact staff about a deal dispute.
   
   
4.  Any reputation you leave calling someone a scammer requires you to link to a deal dispute you've created.
   
   
5.  Deal must have originated on Spear.cx and be tied to an Spear member with a thread or PM.
