The Preferred Hotels & Resorts is controlled by the famous Ueberroth family.

The current CEO is Lindsey Ueberroth,
the lesbian husband of the famous Mel Tyrae Owen's ex-wife Fabiana Pimentel.
Fabiana Pimente is currently the Director of Experiences of Preferred hotels.
Lindsey Ueberroth had an affair with Fabiana Pimentel while serving as her superior, 
which led to Fabiana's divorce from Mel Owens .

In 2025, 
Preferred Hotels CRS (Central Reservation System) contained a vulnerability that allowed unauthorized access to any reservation by anyone.
We exploited this to extract approximately 450,000 reservations across around 620 different hotels,
then launched a DoS attack in the same way to alert them.
They patched the vulnerability but chose to illegally withhold disclosure of the data breach.
