Detailed description of what happened: basically the user asked for information about the person who owned a specific username in his post, he said he would send money to whoever could find the owners contact information i ended up finding it and sent it but he’s been delaying the payment for weeks now he told me he would send the money once he buys the username but whenever i ask him when he’s going to buy it, he just ignores the question he has also lied about it multiple times so don't trust this lying ass nigga nigga talking about "when i buy it" shi is stupid af

do you have proof of his post where he said he would give the $500 once you give the contact? did he said he would give it after he bought the username?

yes the proof i have is his post where he said: “If you know the owner of @ on telegram i’m trying to buy it willing to give a finder’s fee"

based on that post the clear understanding was that the finder’s fee would be paid to whoever provided the owner’s contact information i found the contact and sent it to him so i fulfilled my part

if he planned to buy the username months later or only pay after successfully buying it that wasn’t stated anywhere in the post the post simply offered a finder’s fee for finding the owner’s contact if that wasn’t the intention it should have been clearly specified beforehand

since then he been delaying for weeks ignoring questions about when he plans to buy it and has also given conflicting explanations

which meant id pay once the deal actually went through, i.e after i bought the username, thats howa finders fee works by definition, its a fee paid when the deal closes, not just for passing along a contact, i never said id pay upfront, i havent bought @liam yet so the fee isnt owed yet, once i do ill pay. im not scamming anyone lmao

so the original post says "hmu if you know the owner of @liam on tele im tryna buy it xx,xxx willing to give $100 finders fee", this seems like its a finders fee for the contact of the owner. it doesnt clearly state that the finders fee will only be given once you buy the user

finder's fee by definition is paid when a deal closes, not for passing along a contact. if femto genuinely believed payment was due after giving ogo's @, he should've asked for clarification before sending anything. he didn't. he made an assumption, acted on it, and is now expecting payment for a deal that hasn't even happened. that's not on me. once i buy @liam ill pay him the finders
