SELLING uruguay: doxing service [Government data] [Citizens]

There has been a lot of talk about us in Uruguay in recent weeks due to the cyberattack and data breach at ANTEL TuID Digital. ANTEL is Uruguay’s leading telecommunications provider, and a few days ago, ANTEL’s president and other executives held a press conference in which they confirmed the cyberattack.

We’re back to announce a new doxing service designed to track down Uruguayan citizens. Since we have access to most of the databases maintained by Uruguayan government agencies, we can offer a highly effective service—not only do we have these databases locally, but we can also obtain up-to-date information because we have direct access to government systems that allow us to retrieve personal data without a court order.

How does the service work?: 
It’s the classic chat-based doxxing service: the client sends me a citizen’s information, and I investigate it. It could be an ID document or simply a first and last name, along with a few clues. Once the Uruguayan citizen is identified, I just have to gather all their personal information, and that’s how I confirm that I have data on that person. Next, the client sends me the payment, and I send them all the information. Basically, it’s like our well-known PampaBot service, but via chat, and unlike the bot, the client only pays if they’re 100% sure they’ll find useful information.

Pricing for data consultation and research:
15USD = When a significant amount of data is found [home address, family information, contact information, normal info in DNIC]
10USD = when data on the citizen is found but not all of it (for example, there might be an address or family information but no contact information, depending on the individual)
3USD = when it's just a basic search on DNIC to find someone, and not a full report
